Do you have a max capacity for baby showers?
We have multiple rooms suitable for hosting baby shower parties of all sizes. Our stunning centrepiece room, The Cunard, supports seated guests of up to 70. The Port of Liverpool room is the ultimate party space, with room for 120 seated guests and 170 seated/standing guests. If that isn’t enough, you can hire the Whole Floor with a capacity of up to 210 guests seated or 300 guests seated/standing. Rest assured, there are enough options for you, your friends and your family to celebrate together.
What features do you provide?
We’re delighted to offer a range of baby shower packages designed to have everything you need to mark this special occasion in the heart of Liverpool. Along with the venue hire, our packages may include everything from afternoon tea for you and your guests to a DJ, chair covers and tablecloths, a glass of prosecco, and much more. The ultimate package even comes with an LED dancefloor and your choice of coloured balloons. We are also happy to offer bespoke packages and tailor each event to your preferences. If you want to add or remove anything, speak to our dedicated planners, and we will see what we can do.
Can I bring party favours?
You are more than welcome to bring party favours to our baby shower venue. After all, sharing gifts and thanking your guests is all part of the experience! However, there are some items we permit from entering the venue. You can bring your own party favours except for miniature bottles of spirits, shots, prosecco or wine. Our planners can provide more information and answer any queries you have about what is and isn't allowed.
Is parking available at the venue?
If you or your guests are coming to the Bentley for a baby shower, please be advised that our venue doesn't offer free parking as we are based in the heart of Liverpool city centre. However, there are plenty of affordable parking facilities within walking distance. You will find Pay and Display bays on Brunswick Street, but space is limited, especially during busy periods. The nearest secure car park run by NCP is The Capital on Rumford Place, and they also operate an open-air facility just off Covent Garden. Q-Park has a large car park in Liverpool ONE. There are plenty of bus stops and train stations nearby.
Are children allowed to attend?
Yes, absolutely! Our function rooms suit the whole family, so you can celebrate your baby shower with the people who matter most to you. Anyone under 18 will be required to leave the venue by 11pm or the bar must close at that time. We recommend you inform your guests about this if the event is scheduled to run late.
Is the venue accessible?
Our baby shower venue is partly accessible, and if you or any of your guests have accessibility requirements, we encourage you to contact us in advance to see how we can help. Disabled access includes a ramp at one entrance and a lift up to all floors.
Do you provide photographers?
We know it's so important that lots of photos and videos of your Liverpool baby shower are taken so you can create ever-lasting memories. That way, you can look back on the occasion in years to come and see how you and your loved ones celebrated the moment. Plus, I'm sure your grown-up child would love to see how their pending arrival was celebrated! We don't have an in-house photographer but have welcomed many professional photographers into our venue for various special occasions. Therefore, using our strong partnerships, we can recommend the best local photographers to ensure you have the highest-quality images to cherish. You will also be free to hire your own photographer.
Can I decorate the baby shower venue myself?
We are committed to ensuring our Liverpool venue is the perfect fit for your baby shower, so we strive to create the perfect event whether you book one of our packages or a bespoke solution. Depending on certain conditions, you can decorate the venue to your liking. We allow customers to provide balloons, sequin walls and decoration centrepieces themselves. However, LED dancefloors, LED numbers or letters, and DJs are a few features that need to be booked with us. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you are unsure what you can and cannot bring to your baby shower.
