How many guests can the venue accommodate for birthdays?
We're delighted to offer customers an extensive selection of rooms for hire, ensuring we have multiple options for different group sizes, small and large. The Cunard room has a capacity for up to 70 guests, while the Port of Liverpool room is our ultimate party space, supporting up to 120 seated and 170 seated/standing guests. Finally, the Whole Floor supports up to 210 seated and 300 seated/standing guests. So no matter how many people you expect to celebrate your birthday with you, we have a suitable room. Do you offer packages with entertainment or a DJ?
Yes, we have several birthday packages with everything you need for the perfect celebration, including music and live DJs. We work with only the best DJs in Liverpool, and we trust that they will create the ideal vibe so you and your guests can dance all night long. We design our birthday packages to feature all the essentials while keeping the price affordable, saving you time and money from sourcing what you need yourself. You can see our party packages above. We are also happy to offer a bespoke package tailored to your requirements.
Where is the best place for guests to park?
Our venue is on Brunswick Street in the heart of Liverpool’s city centre, so you and your guests can choose from several parking options. There are limited Pay and Display parking bays on the streets around the venue, while street parking is free after 6pm. The nearest secure public car park is The Capital on Rumford Place, and there is an open-air NCP facility off Covent Garden. Q-Park also operates numerous parking centres in Liverpool, including one nearby in Liverpool ONE. Plenty of bus and rail routes will serve our location if you plan to use public transport.
Can we bring our own decorations?
We aim to include all essential birthday party elements in our packages, such as dressing, chair covers, LED letters, candelabras, and more. However, if you want to source any of the decorations yourself, feel free to speak to us beforehand, and we will be able to advise on anything that is permitted or not.
