Can I view the wedding venue before booking?
Absolutely! We would be more than happy to show you around to help you make a decision. Get in touch, and our team will arrange a time for you to visit our selection of Liverpool wedding reception venues. We also host regular open days so you can visit and ask our wedding planners any questions you have.
What’s included with a wedding package?
We offer a range of wedding packages, which you can learn more about here. Our packages help you craft your dream wedding at an affordable price, providing essentials such as venue hire, entertainment, food, arrival drinks, decorations, and more. We can also offer a bespoke package tailored to your requirements.
Do we need to know the guest count before booking?
Before booking a wedding with us, please have an idea of your intended guest numbers. Our room sizes range from 50 to 300 guests. A final headcount will need to be provided shortly before the wedding date.
What parts of the wedding will your planners handle?
Our wedding planners can take care of almost every part of your wedding! They are specialists in creating successful weddings and aim to remove your stress while creating peace of mind. What are your accessibility features?
Our wedding reception venues offer disabled access, featuring a ramp at one entrance and a lift serving all floors. Please notify us in advance if your guests require disability access or have any other accessibility needs.
Will we be able to book your Rooftop Terrace?
The Rooftop Terrace is one of our best venues, providing stunning views overlooking Liverpool’s historic waterfront. We would be delighted to offer you the opportunity to hire the terrace for your wedding. Many newlyweds have taken advantage of this opportunity to capture incredible photographs under the Liverpool sunshine, with the iconic Three Graces buildings as a backdrop. The Rooftop Terrace is subject to availability and is not available for exclusive use on the night.
Can you help me a find a photographer?
Absolutely! We understand that it’s crucial to have a photograph to capture every cherished moment of your special day, allowing you to look back on the occasion with fondness for many years. We’ve hosted thousands of weddings and have welcomed many photographers under the roof of our Liverpool wedding venue. Therefore, we’ve built a strong relationship with several local photographers and can offer you a recommendation. You are, of course, also free to source your photographer if you prefer.
